BIO. Since 2015, I have been practicing intellectual property litigation, one of my great passions, along with consulting on related issues such as regulation, advertising, personal data protection, and consumer rights.

EDUCATION. I hold a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, with a sub specialization in Public Administration. I also completed the theoretical studies for a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights at Universidad Panamericana.

Since 2024, I have been recognized for my career in Best Lawyers.

EXPERIENCE. I have represented renowned video game companies in the protection of their intellectual property assets, as well as in the design of legal documents for their sporting events, ensuring that every aspect complies with applicable regulations and protects their interests.

I have also been actively involved in litigation related to health registrations, representing companies whose applications were frozen. Through these actions, we were able to obtain key registrations from COFEPRIS for the marketing of their products in Mexico.

BIO. I am a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, media and consumer rights, with more than 15 years of experience litigating and resolving complex disputes related to trademarks, patents, copyrights, data, and consumer rights. I focus on building creative and efficient strategies to protect the innovation, culture, or any intangible assets of my clients, who range from startups to global companies. 

EDUCATION. Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Master of Laws from the University of Michigan.  Diploma in Damages Law  from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, Diploma in Commercial Arbitration from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

EXPERIENCE. In defending a food industry company, I secured injunctions for our client to continue using its characters on its product packaging. I also secured the release of merchandise seized for the use of characters in an advertising campaign, and revoked the imposed penalty.

BIO. I am an attorney with over six years of experience in intellectual property, litigation, entertainment, and advertising. My practice focuses on advising and strategically protecting assets in the creative, media, and entertainment industries, including trademarks, copyrights, advertising, as well as compliance and regulation matters related to influencers.

EDUCATION. I hold a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Throughout my career, I have strengthened my training with specialized courses in music and entertainment law, as well as with the “PatentX” certification from Harvard University and the World Intellectual Property Organization, focused on patents and their intersection with global health.

I have also participated in intellectual property litigation, including nullity, infringement, and oppositions before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), representing national and international companies. Similarly, I have provided advice on projects involving advertising and consumer rights, collaborating with the entertainment and video game industries and sectors subject to health regulations, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
